I need a very basic blue theme, that looks pretty good for a toplist. I don't want it super basic, but you know, a few boxes within a box.
I tried this myself, but seeing as how I suck at CSS, I couldn't get it to work equally well in all browsers. Could someone help me by making just a simple light blue & blue colored web page theme?
