I have to agree on the skin.
Other than that it's well set up.

I also don't really like the skin either as i don't like the default skin of any forum software really and that is very similar to the IPB one.

People tend to spend alot of time in the shout box rather than the forums, this isn't always the case, but alot of the time it is.
