Since the thread requester wish for minimal exposure to site name and link, I tried to mention everything in a way that keeps the identity of the website in secret. This makes me harder to describe things properly because I can't mention details or examples, mainly using signs to show what I'm referring to. If you have any question because what I say is unclear, let me know.
Website Review
First Impressions
Two words popped out in my head when I visited your site the first time: clean and clear. The color scheme is good as it doesn't hurt the eyes but not very gloomy either. Perhaps it is rather boring, though, with only solid colors for most of the components; the cloud helps to liven things up a bit. The navigation is easy to use and important links can be found quick too. After browsing a while I feel the site might lack a logo, and that one sentence on the black line at the top of the page bugs me a bit because I don't understand what that line it is for until I see in the footer that it is probably a slogan of your site. You might want to work on the header to give a better organization and layout. The body of the website itself is good; from a general browsing of most pages I see that you mostly put important information to support the site with not too many additional news which could be distracting. Links are placed properly and easy to find too. In general your site gives a good vibe to start with.

Appearance
I mentioned about the color scheme a bit above; while it doesn't hurt the eyes, combination of grey, white, and blue is rather common. The background is solid color as well. While more variation can be distracting, to certain extent it would be useful to make people interested in it. One important idea, in my opinion, is to add logo or some kind of mascot, if you'd like. Mascot is maybe more advanced, but having a logo would be helpful to lighten things up. Don't forget about favicon as well; favicon is another icon which represents the site so it is also rather important.
I was looking at the buttons to direct you to another part of the website. For example, "Community Forums +". I think the plus sign does not work for a link to the community forum as it looks rather strange compared to its meaning. The plus sign actually work for other details, though. I would suggest you to try another icon which represents the idea of directing someone to a new place better.
I am not sure how many people actually use the increase text size option, but when I tried the organization of your site, especially the top navigation menu, was completely messed up. It pushed the last menu to a new line. I would rather you make the size of the font slightly larger for better reading and remove the increase text button to avoid strange situation like that.
This part would be rather confusing... I hope my message gets through. If not I will explain further in PM. Let's see. In your most important page, where you write more details about what your site is about, you have a side bar at the right part of the page with boxes of more explanation of details you offered. The explanation have icons and texts. The alignment of the icons are messed up for me. The middle box has one sole line for the icon and the icon is pushed far to the right side of the page while the text is below it. Unlike the last box which looks better although not tidy either. I would suggest you to check and fix this side bar for a better view.

Navigation/Layout
The navigation is easy to find. It starts off clear at the index page, and we get to have a side bar of useful pages which can help us to navigate to other important pages, while other links can be found at the bottom part of the page. Not much scrolling needed so there isn't a big problem there. You may want to move Terms of Service and Privacy Policy up high in a place where it could be noticed easier, though, as they are important part of your website given your niche.
This could only be me, but I'm rather a person who loves to see everything tidy, including alignment. I would love to see if you could organize the blue cloud image with the text to the left of it to have the same height, as the text is more to the bottom and the image is higher. Setting them both on same height would help to make it tidy and save more space. One other thing is the alignment of 4-column short information at the middle and bottom of the body. I would rather set them to the same width for each column too, as the middle and bottom column has different size. Setting the alignment to center or justify will help it improve as those two alignments give the best "tidy" feelings. I found this at some other pages too; strange alignment of the content. In a page explaining why you are the best site around, you put a quote below the content of the page, and the quote is squeezed into one small column although there is a lot of space to use. You would want to fix that to lessen the scrolling and provide better view too.
For support, you have two links in which people can reach you by sending e-mails. I honestly think having two is rather redundant, especially because you provide a link to ask general questions and another link to ask more specific questions in one of those two support links. You can use either one or merge them all together into one big page of "Contact Us" to avoid confusion.
One last major turn-off for this section is because I found an error page when I clicked a link like if a visitor wants to use service you provide. I think it would be a service visitors would use a lot at first, and to see an error page when you clicked on it is not good at all.

Content
In general you have a good grammar and spelling. Several small mistakes but not very grave mostly involve usage of additional words or sentence signs. For example, at the blue image at the index page, you wrote "
Backed by..." whereas I think it would be better as "
Backed up by...". To the middle of your index page you write "
It's important to know what your goals are, pick..." and used a comma there though it should be ended with a full stop so you can start with a whole new line.
One thing that bugs me is that you have a section where you offer index of mostly asked questions, some kind of FAQ pages, to help visitors should they have problems. When I browsed to it I noticed that there is no content added there yet. While I am not aware how long the site has been running because you don't provide the date on your request or the year at your site, I believe you need to fill this section properly to help visitors. After all you placed link to it everywhere on the site; better make sure there is actually content to it.

Footer
The footer is very simple and clean. It only consists of copyright information and back-to-top link. I am not sure of the importance of having year to the copyright part, but I think it won't hurt to let visitors know how long the site has been running. It may relate to people's trust to your website. You can also add link back to the website at the footer as some sites too, or a quick back-to-home button for easier navigation when someone is at the bottom of the site.

Final Remarks
Your website is actually pretty good. I like how easy it is for me to browse around and find information I want, although there are some strange organization or layout which made me ponder a bit. It is quite tidy too from design point of view although it can always use more work. Keep on going with this, always check links you provide to see if they work properly or not, to keep high satisfaction from whoever browse the site. Good luck!
