Well, let me start this off by saying what a neat theme you have there for your forum. It is colorful and full of life and really catches the audiences attention from the start. Your background really stands out to the audience because it isn't something you would see on a forum and it also brings out the body of the site as well. One thing that I did notice that could use some work is that your sites banner is really small and yet you have all that open space that you have in the header to work with. I would strongly recommend getting a larger banner on your site. I would also recommend getting a favicon image for your site. Your sites theme seems to work well for the community and it looks very neat and well developed. Overall, your theme seems really good, I would just take my suggestion about getting a larger banner and a favicon image into consideration. Great work on the theme!
Layout
Now onto the layout. The organization on your site seems fantastic! Your forums and categories are very well organized into specific categories and in a specific mannor as well. The organization and layout of the forums and categories will ensure the growth of your site because it will be easier for members to find threads to post in and they can find the proper forums to post their own threads in as well. Your layout doesn't seem to show any issues as well and seems to be showing very good progress as well. I also noticed all of the social networking images on the sidebar. I think that these are a great addition because they will help improve the sharing of your site and it gives the audience more ways to announce your site to the web which will help you get more members and more views as well. Overall, the layout of the site seems very well developed and I have no suggestions for the layout. Great work so far!
First Impressions and Interest
When I first opened your site, I was astonished to see the activity of the site for only being around for 17 days and how much it has already grown and how well developed it already is. It had already grabbed my attention when I simply glanced over it to see what it had looked like and then I saw the activity and I was just amazed by how well the statistics were. The theme itself had interested me in the site because it wasn't a theme that I had ever seen before so I figured it was custom made for your site. The organization of the sites layout had also interested me because of how well the site has been made in only a short 2 weeks or so. Your site seems to grab the audiences attention and really grasp the concept of "webmaster" and it really keep the audience interested as well. Overall, you have done a great work in the start of the site and great work on the site so far.
Content
The content on your site seems to be very well categorized and your site seems to have a lot of content for the audience to see. You already have 329 threads and 809 posts on your site which really helps add content to the site. It also seems that you have a lot of activity and have lots of members that post around and keep the forum running. That is amazing, the more threads that you create on your site, the more posts that you will get on your site which will help search engines find your site more and more and give your site more visits and you will end up with more members and content in the end of it. Overall, the content on your site seems to be working very well for you and it seems to really grab the readers attention and gets them posting when they are on your site. Keep that up and in a few years, your site might be one of the most successful Webmaster Forums out there on the web. Great work!

Overall, your site has a lot of potential if if can grow to have over 450 members in 17 days really. I would just recommend continuing what you are doing to make the site grow so much and you will have a very successful forum on your hands in the future years of your site.
