Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your banner looks nice, but it's the default one for the theme! I would definitely recommend making a customized banner with your forum's name on it. Quite frankly, having a default banner makes it look like you're not putting very much effort into your forum. The rest of the theme is pretty default looking as well. I would recommend choosing a different theme that looks a little less default. I understand that your forum is new and this is all probably still in the works, but prospective members that look at your forum now may think that your forum is too default-looking.
Scrolling down, you don't have any empty forums. That's good; empty forums are quite off-putting to potential members. However, your statistics look a little low. I understand that your forum is still new, but some people visiting your forum may not realize that. You'll want to get your post count over the one thousand mark as soon as possible. A few more members wouldn't hurt either. I'd recommend doing some post exchanges.
Overall, my first impression was slightly negative.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index runs fairly long. A long index can make navigating a site a bit difficult. I understand that it's common for promotion forums to have long indexes, but I see a couple ways in which you can condense yours. First of all, I don't really think it's necessary to have a forum for phpBB, SMF, and MyBB. I would honestly delete that entire category and move all the posts in those forums to "Administration Discussions." You can also make some sort of "Forum Software Discussion" forum and make it a sub-forum under "Administration Discussions." Those forums don't seem to get many posts compared to some of your other forums anyway. I think that your new "Site Interview" forum would be better as a sub-forum under "Administration Discussions" as well. These are just a couple of suggestions. If you can find any other ways to condense your index, it would be very helpful.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, you are currently receiving an average of over two hundred posts per day. That's great! Don't get lazy now, though; it could still easily turn the other direction. Continue to promote your forum via services on other promotion forums, in your signature on other promotion forums, and via word of mouth. Your forum is brand new, so post exchanges are still a great option to gain more start-up posts. I would recommend trying a contest in the near future to keep your posters interested.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your forum currently employs six members, and you have twenty-four members total. That means that twenty-five percent of your members are staffed. I understand that your forum is new, but prospective members may not realize that; they may think that you're staffing the whole world (which is obviously untrue, but they could still be given that impression). Judging by posts per day, though, your staff members all appear to be active. The first thing that bugs me is that you have created five global announcements. That's a bit overkill, and there are way too many announcements in each forum. I would recommend making some of your global announcements regular announcements in your news forum. Members may find it overwhelming to see so many announcements. Your staff members could also do a better job of welcoming new members. Only one of your six staff members has replied to the most recent introduction thread, and I see a few others that follow that trend. Make sure your staff members are making everyone feel welcome.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
You seem to have done a good job of creating descriptions that lack grammatical errors, but your descriptions are robotic and bland. Descriptions are very important; they speak volumes to prospective members about your forum. You really need to make your forums sound more interesting. You need descriptions that make it sound like your services are the absolute best tools for any site administrator. For your non-service forums, I would try adding descriptions that are witty or make your forum sound very friendly. I'm not going to minutely dissect your descriptions for grammatical mistakes since I'm asking you to change them; if you choose to take my advice and then request a follow-up review, we can talk about grammar.

Closing remarks: You're off to a good start in some areas, but you still need to improve many things.
Forum's strong points: Your strongest point is your activity at this point.
Improvements to make: I think that you need to choose a new theme, write some new descriptions, and do some post exchanges to boost your statistics.
