Weebly is up 24/7 and it's not surprising since they are such a large company. Technical Support: Terrible it may take hours. You may as well use a 3rd party forum. Customer Support: It may take up to 2 days for the first responce and still not help you. Pros: it's up 24/7 Cons: it's a simple extremely limited host with a terrible customer support Final Comments: How long have you been with this host? 3 months Would you recommend them? Never
Weebly is a good Web 2.0 platform for creating personal blogs and building websites. It provides good backlinks for your website. Never tried out their paid version, so not sure about the support feedback.
I had a blog which was pretty big. When I started my blog, everything was fine, but then I added a little section about PTC (which was only a very small part of my weebly site). I had in fact read the terms but they changed them after I had added that section. They then banned me and deleted my entire site. No warning, nothing at all. They could have asked me to remove the part that had suddenly become against their terms after they changed them but no.
As if that wasn't enough, a few weeks later they spammed me with one of their emails "Check out our mobile app". When they banned me, I never bothered contacting them, but when they spammed me, I was furious. If you're going to ban someone, remove their entire site, destroy the work they have put into it, fine, I'll live. But don't use the email I signed up with to spam me later, after banning me. Oh man I was furious and gave them a good piece of my mind.
