Oh I know for sure tobacco definiatly does kill more and so does alcohol. Although, more people die from alcohol posioning than marijuana overdose.

I know you can't overdose on weed haha trust me I smoke so much that I know. I'm saying that alcohol is legal and it kills from overdose but weed is not legal and it doesn't kill you from smoking to much at one time.
Is alcohol overdose really that common? I dunno, at least from where I'm originally from people didn't drink a ton and die; they drank a ton and got into a car and died along with a family of four they collided with who were coming home from vacation.Ghost Smoke said:

Death by alcohol poisoning is so uncommon it's almost negligible, IIRC it's less than 30 deaths per year in the US. So it's possible, but you're more likely to pass out before drinking enough to actually kill you.

Well there may not be many deaths just from drinking alcohol but the fact still remains that people die from it. My point is that if alcohol is legal, weed should be legal with the same laws abiding to it.

All I'm saving is I've lost a few good people in my life from liver cancer and their kidneys shut down. I've never lost any relatives who strictly have smoked weed and nothing else. Yes, I have family like that. Alcohol poisoning might not occur much recently but many more people die from cancer from drinking alcohol over cancer from smoking marijuana.
I don't like supporting the illegal drug trade. So i do this 🙂

Seriously though, its not like people are utterly concerned about the morality of legalizing it. Its not particularly harmful compared to other drugs, and is actually used for medicinal purposes. Why not legalize?

Well, cigarettes are legal, so why can't marijuana be legal?
And the way I look at it, if it's legal, then at least we can track how much is coming in and out of the country. On the black market, we just have no idea.
