We do understand how a DMCA works. We simply received a complaint from our upstream provider that you had infringed documents on our network so we informed you of the same. After a continuing argue saying that we or our upstream provider didn't understand what a DMCA means you then proceeded to cancel your services and request a refund which was sent as requested. We did contact our provider and said that there is no evidence that the content is copyrighted and we never received a response. All in all I think there was a misunderstanding a over-reaction over the whole issue. However, these things happen!
