First, state your weight (because that's what you must list in order to see how much you're doing compared to it in the first place) then just say how much weight it is and the reps you can do on the lifts you've done. Use this form if you want:
Note: Include the bar weight. Usually they weigh 45 pounds.
Note: State if the weights on a machine or free weight. If you're on a machine you usually want to split it in half to get how much you do on free weight.
