Basic skin and needs a logo. I bet you just installed the forum, which is ok.

You have a section labeled "Skin Problems". I think you should at least have a basic description on that section, to help out users who may not understand what your talking about/ getting at.
Otherwise, just keep promoting and do whatever you can to attract your userbase. I wish I could help out your forum, but I've not had weight problems, nor do I have knowledge of Mybb.
But, I do wish you lots of luck on your forum. Your forum deserves to do well. We need forums like these out there.
