Weight loss?

Weight loss is very sensitive as it depends on the person. Ideally, you want to workout at least 30 mins a day, but typically for an hour. I personally prefer strength training but others prefer cardio. If you have a slow metabolism you would want to eat multiple smaller meals a day, but f you have a fast one trying eating just one large meal in the afternoon. Always drink water. Cut out bread, soda, pasta, potatoes and things like that.
 
there are many tips to lose some Kilogrammes, but you should be motivated and don't give up:

-walk daily like 1 hour, especially in the evening.

-avoid eating sugar and all the foods that contain it.

-avoid drinking Pepsi, Coca-cola...

-eat fruits, vegetables as you can
 
I'm not huge but I have put on a few pounds over lockdown mainly because I'm not walking as much. I also have a very sweet tooth which I have to keep under control. I'm wearing the same clothes but they feel tighter so I'm definitely going to have to exercise more if I want to get back in shape.
 
There is no ingredients to losing weight but instead like health people say you need to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle with excerice.
