Weight loss is very sensitive as it depends on the person. Ideally, you want to workout at least 30 mins a day, but typically for an hour. I personally prefer strength training but others prefer cardio. If you have a slow metabolism you would want to eat multiple smaller meals a day, but f you have a fast one trying eating just one large meal in the afternoon. Always drink water. Cut out bread, soda, pasta, potatoes and things like that.
I'm not huge but I have put on a few pounds over lockdown mainly because I'm not walking as much. I also have a very sweet tooth which I have to keep under control. I'm wearing the same clothes but they feel tighter so I'm definitely going to have to exercise more if I want to get back in shape.
