Just to clear up, at the moment the group isn't paid. Only the package team is paid and that's FP cash for every completed package and posts etc.

Actually, each team is paid in FP$. However, due to the work that the dev team is doing, we are debating on paying compensation for their modifications and any large, custom pieces they write for us. In addition, they'll have credit on their profile and the modification. For example, a custom awards modification may say "Written for ForumPromotion by Carson."
