Pros
You have a nice theme. Your banner works well with your theme. I did struggle to read the text in your banner but that’s probably just me, I have trouble reading text inside bright colours sometimes. You appear to have good grammar in your posts which sets a good example to users. You have over half of the total posts which shows you are dedicated which is good. Your moderator also has a high number of posts which is good.
Cons
Your board icons are red, which I don’t understand because the theme and banner are both blue. I think it would look better with just blue for new replies and no new replies, maybe no new posts could be lighter than new posts.
Don’t know where to start with the layout. One thing I don’t understand is your have a category for PS3 but not Xbox 360. People play Call Of Duty on both consoles, so I don’t understand why you have one but not the other. You have a total of 30 boards. This is way too many. Not only do you have an entire board for rules, but you have another board for terms of use. You should merge the two threads together and then make one global announcement, and remove the two boards. You don’t really need a whole board for donations either. I think this would work better as a global announcement as well. You should move introductions up to the lobby. Hobbies, Facebook and Twitter, and Pictures should probably be merged with anything goes here. I think you should merge all the MW2 boards into one, merge all the MW3 boards into one, and all the BO boards into one. Then create a Call Of Duty category and put them all in there. This way you will have less boards, but those boards will look much more active. At least until your forum grows. I would do the same with the PS3 boards and then add an Xbox 360 board and a Wii board. I think suggestions would look better at the top as well.
You’ve been open since march and only have 388 posts. This is not good, it’s only about 2 posts per day. You should try to get people post more, maybe have a contest, and try an active for active exchange with someone here at Forum Promotion. You should work on getting every board at least 5 threads, which will be far easier if you make the layout changes above.
