My idea with this was to create something unique and different then every other Nintendo site. I didn't want just a forum, but I didn't want static reviews. So, I combined them into one. The site will be entirely community-maintained on a
system that is built from the ground up .

I'm building the the from the ground up, coding it myself. So, the answer is: our own.

There will be an activation link sent out to each user when the accounts are activated, with the announcement that the site has been released.

I'm not so worried about it working "epicly", as I am a great programmer. I worry about the design though, since I'm not excellent with graphics. I'm just going to have to go through tutorials and take my time on the design I suppose.

Yeah, that's what I am hoping. It's very hard to find people with good coding skills though -- even it is just HTML and CSS. I may actually hire someone for pay to help design it.
