Looks pretty good. But doesn't jump out at me, it's not recognizable as a gaming forum at first glance. Even with the banner title.

And, it seems like you put more effort in the off-topic sections, than the ACTUAL game sections.

And, i actually feel that splitting up gaming genres, FPS , MMORPG ... are not a good idea; UNLESS you're forum is about one console. Splitting up genres, across 3 consoles, will get confusing, and maybe messy.
