Hey, i think you have a faily decent forum layout but there are some things that you should probably change.

Firstly i think your site logo is vile, oversized and very unprofessional - if i were you i would have a better one made by our graphics team (link in my sig). Secondly, you are very over staffed, for a forum your size i would be very surprised if you needed one Moderator, nevermind the 3 or 4 you have. Next, i would consider changing the forum style from prosilver, as now it's very boring compatred to some of the other styles you can have on phpBB3.

Finally, once you've made these changes i would get your friends or family to help you get some posts on your forum before you continue promoting, this will make your board look more attractive to guests.
