What affiliate marketing networks do you use?

I use Amazon Associates which pays about 4% per sale. I only made $1 off of Amazon Affiliates. I believe I need to make $10 for payout.

I also use 1and1, and CJ affiliate program and have not generated a sale yet.

I heard ClickBank was pretty good when it comes to commision since there are people earning 75% commission from helping people sell downloadable digital E-Books/PDF books and online videos.

I don't use any programs, as I manage my own ads myself.

1) The people who run the program don't get any profit.
2) There is no minimum payout.
