What are the benefits of using caching and caching plugins?

Caching is very important as it makes your site load faster by saving static pages instead of fresh loading every time. I use LiteSpeed Cache and honestly, it’s a lifesaver. There was a time I removed it and I noticed my pages started dragging again. So, you shouldn't ignore caching, it helps you and your visitors.
