What are the best Cryptocurrency exchanges that offer all or most cryptocurrencies?

Which ones has lower fees? What are the advantages and disadvantages of them?

I have been using Poloniex and it is said to be one of the largest exchanges.

Apart from Poloniex, I personally use livecoins and Bittrex. There are some currencies that might be useful to buy but won't be available on an exchange, so you have to buy on other exchanges. All the above listed exchanges are good for cryptocurrency trading, poloniex has an advantage of the trollbox, where you see other users discussions.
