My best guest is a forum dedicated to getting "free stuff online or saving money by being thrifty". I can't see many visitors or members clicking on affiliate links and buying stuff from your affiliate links.

I also heard websites related to proxies, Bollywood movies, twen to teen entertainment, inexpensive cooking, making money online, and topics you know very little about or don't care about.

The hardest I would say is hacking forums and uh.... good question really~!

That would be hard indeed since I believe teaching people to hack is against "Terms of Service" for Adsense, and most other online programs which pay for ad space.

I guest, making a website which teaches people how to "spam more effectively" and "make illegal things like illegal weapons like bombs" will also be hard to earn cash for. You also might end up losing cash if someone sues you for injuries if your instruction on making a dangerous item, wrecked their house.

Adsense isn't the only method of making money. I made an article on my blog about Adsense Alternatives (NB: link to my blog).

You could sell programs like Xrumer to gain a lot of cash.

They are not liable. You agreed to the TOS which most likely states that the following may cause harm etc.
