I love the secondary images you have on the forumhome but (there's always a but isn't there?) it now looks very very cluttered. If at all possible, remove the arrows to the left of the new images - some of them don't line up with the new images and it really does look messy.
Currently you have way too many forums for the amount of posts you have. My best advice would be to remove the 0 post forums until there are posts to go in - build the forum as you progress by adding them when necessary to the site.
Maybe remove the postcount from forum home? Most people when they hit your site won't understand the concept until they dig deeper so will see the 0 postcounts and potentially be put off, which could be losing you people who would normally stick around and love the place!
The style base is good - work on that, neaten things up - if you aren't removing the initial graphic next to your secondry one - make sure they line up and aren't on different levels or overlapping as they are now.

When you add new forums, you should probably post a few topics in them to start them off. If you put a few topics in the new forums, then it will encourage discussion. Empty forums of any kind look bad to prospective members.
Your index is very long. As previously mentioned, I think you're starting yourself off with more than you need. I think you need to simplify your layout in the beginning. As your forum grows, your layout can grow. For now, I would recommend merging some forums. Also, do you really need a category with sub-forums advertising every promotion forum? I think that a topic somewhere with links to them would suffice.
I think that your style bears too much similarity to the default phpBB theme. You could definitely use a more unique theme. I do like your banner, though.
