Last night I was on a zoom call, and one of the ladies was having issues with her video. It kept doing some funky things and she would stop the video and restart it and it would be fine for a few minutes and then act up again.

What would be the cause of this?

Sometimes it may be your internet connection or the computer being used however I find if you have too many on one call it slows down the connection, and maybe the servers can't handle the load.

Those are possible! I did a search just now and saw others having the same problem and there are a few different things to try. I'm going to try to get her on a Zoom call this week before we have to do another one and figure this out. Thanks!

No idea really. She's not tech savvy so she probably didn't know to change any settings.

If the other person's internet is slower or faster than yours, it can cause problems. Especially if you're playing Online games. People with faster internet can cause the servers to be laggy for players who have slow internet.

Maybe children.
