I made an amazing spaghetti sauce for dinner! I started with a soffritto that I had blended (I never tried putting it in the blender before) and then put it in a stainless steel pan with olive oil until it was fragrant, added some garlic for a minute, then added some parsley and pasta water (I had the pasta in the pot) before adding the passata (store bought) and salt. When it was almost done, I added a ton of Basil and then the al dente spaghetti and freshly grated parmesan. Yum.

I had some pizza for dinner and I drank a pineapple flavored ginger ale (one of the Canada Dry drinks).
