What do you actually use AI chat for daily?

Coding, rewrites, basic analysis, curating search results, summaries, and a lot. I use it to parse out data from websites to find news, related public stocks to potentially invest in, and also for finding trends I can weave into my other work with social, videos, and blogs.
I cannot imagine not having it at this point. It's too valuable to me on a daily basis. I do however write my own emails, Slack/chat messages, and forum posts still though

I use AI chat for a mix of practical and creative things every day. I use it to look up information, simplify complex topics, and get different perspectives on decisions.
It’s useful for problem-solving, like figuring out strategies, fixing small issues, or planning things step by step.

Right now I'm using it for testing/research for AI-Forums and my Blog. I like to compare the various platforms to see how they do and which one comes out on top. I've been testing them for text, images, coming up with jokes, recipes and even crafting charts.
I use it for research, I ask what I need help with, and it gives me an answer to what I need. Rather than trying to Google it myself, I can't take any longer. Like if I have a blood test or a product, I need to know I as kabout it, or ask what the numbers mean in a blood test.
I might also type a long message out, then asChatGPT reword this for me, keep it in my own words, just fix the grammar and spelling please...

Oh yes!! I was googling individually all the various blood tests but I agree that using AI really is more efficient!
I honestly use it the most just to help me reword something I want to say. Sometimes I feel like I don’t adequately get my point across and just need to make a few word adjustments here and there.
