What do you consider a good jogging trail?

There is this one trail I love near my home. Well, actually, it's a good drive of an hour maybe. Anyway, it has a little flat area, then there is a section of going up a hill lightly, and then a very steep hill. After that, it's all downhill. Anyway, it's conditioned me pretty good cause today I tried a totally flat track that I used to get tired on - but now I can do a good distance on it without stopping.

I don't like jogging personally but I do like cycling. The best bike tracks imo have lots of trees and just nice scenery. There used to be one near my parents' house growing up that I enjoyed going on. Where I am now the closest is a 30ish min ride through a lot of hills and I'm not strong enough to do it yet.

There is the Forth & Clyde Canal where part of the route is just round the corner from my house. It spans from Bowling from one end right up to Grangemouth at the other side. It is 35 miles (56 km) long. Try jogging down the whole length of that, if one can try 😀

Definitely jogging is a top thing if I visit foreign nations, maybe in some - running! 😀
