What do you do when you catch a cold and you're all stuffy?

Do you have any remedies to help relive the stuffiness?

I used a decongestant to help with the stuffy nose and then drink as much water as I can because it helps flush things out.

I have no choice but to wait it out. Mucinex takes the edge off a little bit.

Lots of soup! Usually helps relieve the congestion for me. I use Mucinex when it's really bad.

I typically take more than the recommended dose of NyQuil, increase my sweat production, and sleep it off.

I also drink a lot of hot herbal tea with locally produced honey.

This is one thing I hate about getting a cold, the stuffy nose, it can be so frustrating. I have found elevating my head when I lay down to sleep does help and using things like Vicks.

Having a stuffy nose can be really painful and frustrating. I don't even have any remedy for it because it always go away it's own but I will suffer it so much till it disappears.
