Two questions.
Do you prefer websites with content in english, content in spanish or content in both languages?
Second. Do you prefer short domain names, easy-to-rememeber domain names or domain names with ryhmes and/or hyphens?
English preferably. Most sites only allow you to have your site in English anyways. Some hosts are good about more than one language, but some hosts only allow you to have your site in English anyways.
I like having language options on a forum. There was once a forum I was on and it had a category with the forums Spanish, German, French, ect. so people of other languages could chat on there also. It was cool ^^ and it could give anyone an opportunity to learn another language.
I like shorter easy to remember ones, but I don't mind long ones. In the long run, which is more important; content or your domain?
It's not like I can't just copy down the long url or bookmark it, so I really don't mind either way regarding domains.
Sites should have 1 primary language, to avoid confusion, translations aren't perfect, and they can still confuse people. I prefer short URLs, it doesn't matter how hard it would be to remember, if it's only 5 characters long, it'd still be easy.
English as that's the only language I can understand. I don't care about the length of the domain as I bookmark everything I frequent and only use one computer so yeah...
