I think Google's Chromebox desktops are pretty good if you don't need a Chromebook laptop, and rather use your own large high resolution monitor, full size keyboard, and mouse.

Using a Chromebox desktop is good cheap PC for web browsing, watching a few videos, listening to music, Google Docs Office suite, and other basic tasks.

I like the low price of the Chromebox which can be bought for $145 with Keyboard and mouse online at sites like Amazon, and eBay. I also like the small size of the Chromebox, and low power usage of it.

A rip off of apple. Also ive already used s chrome\book. They try to force you to use everything google. And many times programs from the internet dont work on it. Its also extremely slow. But its cheep so ppl like it.

I think it is good if you use is to browse the internet and use a lot of applications that require internet connection.

I agree it is a good way to browse the internet with Chrome, and use web apps which use Adobe flash player, HTML5, Javascript, and PHP to run.

There are also now a lot of offline web apps, and games which you can download at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/cate ... =chromeapp to run offline.
