I say that you need something unique to really bring people to your site. The genre you have chosen is very saturated, and for those forums to stand out they really need to have a unique selling point. What you could have is up to you though (I have no ideas 😛 ).

To be honest, there is nothing to say about it. I mean you have nothing different that any other promotion forum would have content wise. You have the same forums, content and services that any other promotion forum would have. Touching on what Android said, add something different, be unique.

I really like the design of the site, as I said before I love that phpBB theme and think you have done great work with it. One suggestion I would make is to reduce the number of individual forum sections you have, so that each section has more posts / activity and overall your forum appears busier.
