Well Admin Forums needed some upgraded/clear rules and guidelines for our Webmaster Marketplace, What do you think about them and do you think anything needs adding or changing?

Not needed.

It is extremley rare for something like this to occur.

Spelling is incorrect, it should be: extremely.

and try to resolve the situation without escolating it further.

Pretty sure it should be: escalating.

If the user still does not delivered as promised/advertised then please report the users sale thread co0ntaining a detailed explination of your situation and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible,

The comma (,) should be a full stop. or the capital T should not be a capital.
