Personally it sounds like one of those ad-riddled websites with wording. As posted above UnlimitedChat seems quite good.

"talkativecorner", "chattypeople", "socialtalks" would be something really good for it I think. "Empire" or "Elite" sounds a bit strange.
Better something less pompous in the name or people won't sign up there.

To be honest, I think its awful. Chat and Talk mean the same thing, and empire doesnt sound too flattering.
Why not just make up some random word that sounds cool and is easy to remember. Ive seen plenty of forums do that. Mokata and Hireem for example.
