If fezboard is new, than its illegal as its creating ipb 1.3 forums which are illegal to use unless you downloaded it when it was free..

Yea its illegal than. The only way you can still use ipb 1.3 legally is only if you download it through the IPS website back in 2003 (I think thats when ipb was still free)

If he/she downloaded the package when it was still free it does not matter how old the actual website is as they downloaded the script when it was free. They can use the script however they like for as long as they like.

That is not close to right at all. IPB had a free version up until less than a year ago.

You will need to know php and some other things. I think glock was talking about the actual forum software it is run on 😉
