I agree with Lee here, the second one (Modestus) provides a sense of professionalism and simplicity without being too obtrusive. It has made the phpBB UI for friendly and unlike the last one looks like it could fit just about any niche of site, except for perhaps a gaming clan or similar.

I liked Modestus and Blue Suavity.

I have used Modestus and it's pretty great. You can change everything in ACP like colors and everything.
Business board looks too weird.
Maxthon is nice, but too white for me (too light). And the green links are not good either.
ProFormell is nice!

So my favorites: ProFormell and Modestus.
