I saw a debate about the potential to leak info from their website, which spurred a discussion about MyBB.
I think the video is pointless. If they are that concerned about info leaking to the FBI, welcome to America. Everything is linked to some federal $#!t over here. Even if the OP of that site was working for the FBI, (Which I highly doubt,) It wouldn't improve or dissuade a seizure of privately held information by DHS or anything else. If some hacktivists are that concerned about it, they wouldn't be on the site to begin with.
What I don,t get, If they wanted to be 100% anonymous when doing internet type crimes why join A public forum? Its also funny when you try to view content and asks you to sign up and that is very rare for any forum that wants good SEO todo this. Mybb is pretty secure so them trying to leek thousands of users is going to be to complex.
