I am using Google adwords tool for keyword analysis and find the new keywords for my website.When i am searching new keyword ideas it is showing the average monoth searches and competition for the keywords.But i don't know the how Google adwords determine the competition for the keywords.what does mean by keywords competition in google adwords?How it is determine?

It's based on how much the said keyword is bid on by advertisers. I guess nobody can say more exactly how they value it, but it all comes down to placed bids by advertisers.

When using adwords for keyword research you wan to look for a lot of people searching and low competition. The competition means how many people are running campaigns that use those particular keywords, lower competition means fewer ads cycling through at the top of the search results. I've talked about using AdWords on my site before.

Keyword research is most important benefit of Google ad word and by the keyword competitor analysis you can know your competitor better. Generally one can choose keywords which have less competition and high searches.
