What does your 404 error page look like?

As webmasters, the 404 error page should be simple to let the user know that the requested url is not found or some go over board and become creative. I made my 404 error page simple, but creative to help the user.

On my forum it is the default MyBB 404 page, I haven't really done anything to change it.
Though on the forums website it uses Smart Error by Cloudflare. So it displays: The page you are looking for cannot be found. Similar results are provided below, or you can try another search." It's like a Google type onsite only search so you could try to search for whatever you're looking for again. It helps when a file/post/etc has just been moved to another location or been renamed.

So, I guess nothing too fancy in regards to 404 pages. 😛
