I was just curious to know what everyone's workspace looks like? Do you have a dedicated desk that you use to hop online, or are you on a laptop that you take to various places to visit the interweb?

I'm usually on my laptop on the couch, chair, or bed. However, I do have desk that I have out gaming PC setup on and I use that mostly for when I am doing school work. I'm not in a position to post a picture of it right now but will be happy to if this thread gain popularity (and if I remember to take a photo later!)

I normally just use my laptop and sit on the couch. I have a desk that I put my laptop on when I want to stand up or when I am working from home. I pretty rarely use that, though.

I have a desk in the corner of the living room....
Nothing big, just a desk.

I run around with my MacBook Pro. When working at home I mostly sit on my couch, but when I work more intensely (for example when I have a home exam) I sit in my office by my desk.

that some big desk

Yes it's 60"W x 36"L x 30"H... it's technically a dining table but I've specifically purchased it with intentions of using it as a desk. I love the desktop space I have now. 🙂

I am comfortable at my desktop when back home and relaxing. But for traveling laptop is the best that I can have to move around working.

I just use a laptop. I'm usually on the couch in my living room while using it.

The desk I have (that was formerly for a desktop computer) is now just a free space to set the mail or bags from shopping when I get home. 😛

My office is right next to the front door. I'm trying to explain to my husband that my desk is not a drop off station. lol

I got 2 computers, 1 laptop and 1 desktop. I prefer using my desktop since its 21" and i feel comfortable with it. It improves my sitting posture. I had a terrible lower back pain when I was using my laptop. Over my desk, you'll normally see a cup of coffee, chargers for my phones, pictures of my family and a lamp shade.

I have just a small desk with a monitor. It's nothing special but it works for now. In future I want a big upgrade with 2 monitors.

Recently just upgraded my desk to something a bit larger. Moved the tower as I kept kicking it.

@Phuturism that's an awesome set up! I originally wanted a U-Shaped desk (or at least L-Shaped) because I think that would be so convenient to be able to just turn around and have more workspace available. I just don't have the space for one. Well, technically I COULD fit one in my office, however, I wouldn't be able to fit anything else. lol

Not much of an gaming PC
Which post are you referring to?

I just have my laptop, but since I don't really move around with it much, I keep it on my desk with a laptop fan underneath it (which is probably also on its last leg like my poor laptop), and I also have my external mouse (I can tolerate the mouse pad nowadays since I've used it at school when I've taken my laptop in since the desks are small and not enough room for a mouse, but I don't like using it if I don't have to) on the table. I've also got some sticky notes (blank and ones with notes on them), and I keep a little notepad on my desk as well as my phone. I also keep a bottle of water or two on the desk so I can stay hydrated. There's a few other knick knacks on here, and I keep writing utensils on the desk too. All of that stays on the desk though.

Anything else I have on the desk usually gets moved off and put somewhere else. Right now I have a plastic knife that I'm going to take into the kitchen since I didn't use it, a pill crusher, some nail polish remover, and some nail polish on my desk as well. All of that is going to be relocated though.

I use a table though, I just refer to it as a desk. It's not a big table (more of like a small dinner table for two, I guess), but it works for what I'm using it for until I can be bothered to invest in an actual desk. I'd love to have one like what Phuturism posted, but in an L shape instead of a U shape, but I guess that's for my dream office space. xD
