As you know, Marie 1988 has been using phpBB since January of 2013. With phpBB becoming more complicated, I'm beginning to think the time has come to move to another software/host. Please leave me some suggestions on your favorite hosts/forum software. I need these to be FREE hosts/softwares only. I have no means of paying for hosting or software. I'd love to use Xenforo, but again, I have no means of paying for it as I don't trust online shopping except for sites like Amazon. Please reply and let me know your suggestions. Thanks.

You guys, I want FREE OPTIONS ONLY! Please read my first post more carefully.
That might be a one to consider. I should almost set up a poll of some sort and members can vote on what we could move to. I have used Jcink once before and I kind of liked it. A heck of a lot better than Invision Free, Zetaboards, or the like.

David I'm looking for FREE options. If I want something even CLOSE to MyBB I'd use jCink.
I've tried that host before and I hated them. Definitely out of the question.

I was just persuaded by an online friend of mine to stay where I'm at, and he makes a fair point. I am, after all, trying to ditch the reputation of an open/shut/move host case, and I want the forum to grow and prosper, not fall apart. I don't want to go back to my old ways, so we're staying where we are.
