Maybe a certain TV show or a certain game? 🙂

What forums would you like to see more of?

Education. Obviously a field specific education forum.

WebMaster and internet marketing related forums
I know it's your choice, but I don't understand why you would want more competition in an already saturated market...? Is there a reason why you would like to see more webmaster forums?

Metal forums, I know there are plenty of massive ones, but I'd like to see some smaller forums that last more than a month.

I want to see more small but still running Pokemon forums like mine.

I would like to see a new football forum with a unique concept behind it. 🙂

Honestly speaking there are forums for 99% possible topics out there. 90% are now dead because people are not always interested to discuss certain topics but there are always forums out there for them. Just because Google can't give it to you in the first page doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Anyways back to topic, its not always about what niche the forum should be but what features it would include to surpass other forums with similar niches. Look at DigitalPoint for example, the worlds best webmaster/IM forum. It is not because of luck that it is popular but because of its great features and services that it provides. No other IM/webmaster can compete with it.

It's a little late considering the show is in its last season and will be over by next summer but I would love to see a great Breaking Bad forum.

I would like to see more forums open where the admin has an actual interest in the subject, not because it is popular.

A forum niche I would like to see of more is general discussion. It seems like there are little around anymore because they kind of dyed out because there are too many admin forums and promotion forums now that it kind of covered everything up and now it's a thing of the past, but I still love posting on them so that's why I tend to be active when I register on them. 😉

The problem with wanting more of something is that invariably there will be more and often times that market will get flooded. Leading people to want other things...

So really, I'm going to have to say actually fewer sites and more people just willing to join and be active on existing sites without some catch like post-exchange or paid posting or something like that. (Though that's kind of outside the scope of this topic...) So I suppose if I had to pick a type of site I'd like to see more of, I would pick maybe general discussion or advertising. More advertising sites can't really hurt (especially given how quickly they tend to dry up and die... And ones that aren't just carbon copies of FP would be nice too.)

That's a very specific subject. Are there any reasons why you would like to see more Dog forums and what you think they could offer? It's just your answer was a little vague. 😛

I do own a forum dedicated to all types of history, but is on hold till I find a dedicated admin to help out.

This is so true, I agree with you there Shady. I would never consider doing that, it's common sense but it's suprising how many people go for popularity rather than something they're actually interested in.

I would love to see more forums about Suikoden, Kya Dark Lineage and Chrono Cross/Trigger. As, I love those games and not many people talk about it.

I'd also like to see forums about games that aren't as popular, in general...
The only time there is a forum about a specific game, it's always a popular shooter game... never usually anything else.
