I think he means that in some schools, they let the less intelligent pupils attend college to do a vocational course or something instead of doing a lesson.

It gets them more GCSE's or something - not to sure.

Hmmm yeah, i mean my course is no different to A levels i can still go to Uni from it at the end of the year. Its just i am doing one subject, not 3.
