I suppose the answer for me would be fairly obvious...just about everything 😀

My metabolism. I've gained 35 pounds in almost 15 years. I used to look really anorexic. I brought up going on on a diet and showed my wife pictures of myself when I was 18 years old. She said I looked too skinny in those pictures and that she likes my weight where it is. So because of that, I've decided not to change anything.

My weight 100%! Sadly not in a good way, I shall call myself ‘chunky’ to be polite!

The fact that I’m starting to experience hair loss is one thing. I didn’t experience it 10 years ago so that’s one main thing that has changed.

Also, random aches and pains. I didn’t get those in my early 20’s.

Way too much. Getting married, owning a home, having a daughter, and grey hair coming in. 😛

Cancer, arthritis, tinnitus and a completely broken autonomic system but I still have my own hair and the majority of it is on my head!

Do you take anything for your arthritis?

I'm prescribed a cocktail of dangerous drugs that I'm trying to stop taking in preference to getting on a medically approved, legal cannabis program.

It's ironic that while the medical profession is happy to dish out, Fentanyl, Valium, Codeine and many other dangerous drugs, it's almost impossible to get the one safe drug that actually works but that's the UK for you.

A lot of the US is approving it now...I forget how many states have it acceptable for medical use.

In the past 10 years I've had 4 major surgeries, 3 of which to were remove cancer, and we moved 12 hours away from family and friends for my husband's job.
