One thing I always say is one account per member only! I've recently added that if you already have an account with us, we'd seriously appreciate it if you signed in with the account you registered with. I should have said this in my request thread, but if for some reason you are unable to log in to your account, kindly let a member of staff know ASAP and we'll find a way to sort it out for you.
In general package team staff should always stick to their one account. I have always with my package team roles over the times I've had them always stuck to one account.
There could be times that staff forgets that they were on that site previously and don't use the same email account anymore, so it's forgotten about the other account. So it's not that they're purposely violating your rules of one account only, but that it slipped their mind, since they do a lot of posting work.
I don't add instructions unless it's for Crafter Craze. Then I make it as easy as I can for those doing the posting...I'd like opinions on the crafts that are there on the site. I don't even need 3 lines of text. A simple Wow, that's great, I'd love to make this would really suffice. And it's something that people normally state concerning craft ideas anyway, at least on Facebook Groups.
I once seemed to have created a secondary account when I took an order for posting. I did not realize I had posted on the forum previously. Maybe the admin knew about it but I was never asked.
I usually requested that if it was their first time on the forum to please post an introduction and upload an avatar. Sometimes when I requested it I requested to not post in the general chat area, but they could post in other areas like technology and etc.
