Great reporting, decent customizable pricing and alerts management.

Not sure, I think Pingdom is the biggest one. Though if you are looking for an uptime monitor there's a feature in Wordpress's Jetpack that does a nice job of that.

I am sorry, but Pingdom is the only one I trust, there really isn't a good alternative to Pingdom in my opinion. 😛
