What is a hot piece of technology right now?

I've been trying to think about what is the hottest piece of technology currently on the market, sales/popularity wise. I was thinking the iPad 2, but surely there is something else selling just as well. Does anyone know anything else?

I would say Androids perhaps? I have heard a lot of them with the 3D and 3G.
