Disavow links are spam backlinks that are not approved by Google. These links restricts your ranking in search engines. You can find these backlinks with the help of Google Disavow tool. You need to manually delete these links for ranking your website good in search engines.

Not really any opinions to be had on this subject. But they are basically what RH-Calvin above has said; Spam backlinks or links that are not approved by Google and will restrict your ranking in search engines. Use this tool to get Google not to take the links into account when Google accesses your site. Hope this helped. 🙂
