I like zPanel and I think it has a lot of potential. Perhaps $50 at the moment. The biggest zPanel problem is security which is scaring people away from the control panel. If you held onto it, the domain could be worth hundred or, if the project were to close, nothing.

umm I may be wrong but this domain will have to be used carefully if someone wants to cause it's name borders on the very thin line of copyright and trademark policies (if zpanel have one.)

I don't think that will be a problem.
