What is the best designed MyBB (content, looks) forum?

I think it's because of the support, most of their queries and problems are left unanswered in some mybb discussion sites.
Base on my observation:

• Some of their queries are very easy and already existing in the forum if only they tried hard in searching for it in the forum.
• Also, some are very basics that can be fixed if you do some experiment yourself (DIY).
• Some are asking too much and wants a prompt response acting like they've paid a hundred bucks for the software.
• Some are using NULLED themes and again asking for prompt response acting as if they've paid for it.

Yeah, I agree. No pain, no gain. Give me a break. It's easy to say premium software is better - simply because you don't have to work as hard.
