I got a website now and I am planning to transfer it to another hosting company. I then reviewing any options for this. Any suggestion of an affordable but good host site?

Really it is hard to find a host that hasn't had problems and everyone would have a different opinion and different experiences.

What is your budget and what scripts are you running (if any) and what is the usage like of your site.

Well, I like Pixelraider.com, they are real good. they host my forum 🙂 love them.

Go for blueHost. Unlimited Space and Bandwidth for only £4.50 a month.
Bad thing with them is their stupid CPU limits though.

They're hardly stupid ~confuse~ I take mySQL backups all the time, and run vBulletin 3.7.3 not to mention the back-end systems we have in place. We are still nowhere near running into any CPU limits...

im signed up with bluehost aswell 🙂, but im really new to all this website stuff, so trial and error is the way

In my opinion WebHostingPad is the best. I am an affiliate and moderator on their dedicated support forums. Also their support team got back my last queston in only 3 hours.
For $117.56 you get 3 years and 6 months hosting with unlimited space and bandwidth plus a free domain name and $110 advertising credits.

OK removed, I wasn't sure if affiliate links were allowed in signitures.
I still stick to my recommendation though.

Personally I do not like Webhostpad, I had a shocking experience with one of the Live Support Op's - in that they didn't know a thing. I asked what the CPU limits were like, and his reply was "What is a CPU limit". ~rolleyes~

Anyway, blueHost is still my suggestion. Absolutely incredible service ~cool~
