What is the best mod for mt forum?

To be honest, content would be the main thing you need for your forum. MODs like cash/shop, arcade would not go well with the niche of your board. Most forums based on IT will need to be extremely informative, and less focused on cool features. I would say something that gives you some type of news feeds might work. The skin is ok, because people don't come to tech boards to look at pretty skins, then come to share and get information.
