Can you share us how to reclaim links with these programs?

I think the best way to fix these links is trying to invest as many broken links as possible, then come to the post that contain those links and edit them manually.
If you're using Wordpress, there's a tool called Redirection that can help you monitoring broken links (404 error) and managing all your 301 redirects. You can get it free here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/
